Before you tell me about yourself, you should know a little about me.

I love my career. It's not because I enjoy hearing about problems or troubles. I love to see change take place in the lives of people. I love seeing someone who feels broken begin to heal and realize they're beautiful. I love feeling like I can help the world become a better place, even if it's just for one person or family. In short, my job satisfaction comes from your success.

My style mirrors who I am at my core: warm, open-minded, curious, and not afraid to challenge my clients (and myself!) to grow in the ways needed to reach their goals.

Today, I hold a Master's Degree in Psychology; I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.

In addition, I am a Somatic Trauma Coach

Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator & Reiki Master

and trained in EMDR- Eye Movement Densenetatization Reprocessing.

My other certifications are:

 Managing & Adapting Practices (MAP),

(TF-CBT) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,

Trauma-Informed Practice for Mental Health Professionals.

I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Administration.

I also have a unique perspective on immigration, acculturation, and navigating multicultural identity issues, as I am a 1st generation Indian American. I know just how difficult it can be to learn how to honor both where we come from and where we are currently in a way that feels supportive and healthy.

This is why I've made it my mission to uplift and guide women of the BIPOC community in discovering their fullest, most joyous expression of themselves. Diversity, multicultural issues, social injustice, and human & community development are all topics close to my heart.

I can't wait to guide you on this incredible healing journey!
